The Kanazawa Ryokan and Hotel Cooperative Association has published a restaurant guide map for foreign guests. The map lists 28 restaurants and bars that hotel owners and front desk staff often recommend to foreign guests. It also includes useful information such as contact information, approximate budget, whether credit cards are accepted, whether reservations are required, and whether English is spoken.
It is distributed at ryokans and hotels that are members of the association, as well as at tourist information centers.
